Steps to connect your personal number with Allô:
Open the Allô app and go to “Account” in the bottom right tab.
Tap “Connect my personal number**”**
Follow the steps based on the number who’s calls you would like to forward to Allô
Set up the forwarding
Click on “start test” to make sure it connected successfully
Notes:
Once connected, calls made to your personal number will show in Allô and will benefit from the app’s features, such as call recording and summaries.
The connexion can sometimes fail due to network providers large volume of requests. Just try again if it happens.
How do I know that it is connected ?
When setting up the forwarding, you saw the provider success screens
During the test, you saw the success screen
Your personal number is visible in your “Account”
Can I disconnect from Allô?
Yes. Simply click on your personal phone number from your “Account” and follow the instructions in your app.
