🔒 Spam Blocker & Whisper

How can I block spam?

Spam numbers will be blocked automatically on your Allô number. If you want to have it on your own number you need to activate the redirection.

How is the whisper working?

The whisper feature plays a message asking the caller to state their name and reason before you pick up. This info is shown on your screen before answering. It can't be used with the IVR at the same time.

📼 Call Recording

Can I stop recording the calls?

Not yet, we will release soon this feature in order to let you decide when you want to record conversation.

How can I activate the recording of my calls?

The recording of your calls is automatically activated. No need to activate anything of to click anywhere during the calls.

📬 Voicemail

Where can I activate the voicemail?

In Parameters > Voicemail, you can activate this feature.

Can I have voicemail and AI agent at the same time?

No, you must choose one. We recommend the AI agent if properly configured.

🔁 Call Transfer

Where can I activate the call transfer?

Call transfer is managed under Parameters > Call Transfer. It forwards calls when you're busy, unavailable, or outside business hours.

🏷️ Name Line

What change if I’m changing the name of my line?

Changing the line name is for personal organization—it helps identify each line within the app.

🏢 Company Information

What is the impact of the information in the app?

These details appear in your automated messages and call summaries.

👥 Contacts

How can I connect my contacts into the app?

Go to Parameters > Contacts and approve contact syncing.

🔗 Integrations - Mail

Is it possible to always include all the personal information in the email summary?

Not yet customizable. We're working on this feature.

How can I receive call recap by email?

You need to add your email in the parameters>profil>add or change your email here to receive summary by email.

Can I use click-to-call with Allô?

Yes you will have your Attio contact directly into your Allô app and web app.

Can I logg my calls in Attio?

Yes, you will find the type of call (inbound / outbound), whether it was answered, voicemail or AI agent, and the caller identity.

Can I use click-to-call with Hubspot?

Yes, you will be able to have your calls directly on Hubspot interface by simply clicking on calling.

Can I use an automatic dialer on Hubspot?

This feature is not available yet, but we are working hard to make it available as soon as possible.

Can I send sms directly on Hubspot thanks to Allô?

🔗 Integrations - Notion

How can I connect to Notion?

You can connect Notion from the app by going to Parameters > Integrations > Notion. Just follow the connection steps to link your workspace.

What can I have thanks to Notion integration?

With our Notion integration, your calls are automatically logged into your CRM configuration or a dedicated Allô database. Contacts are categorized between "Client" and "Lead", and each call includes a summary and an audio recording.

I don’t have any info in Notion, why?

Please make sure not to modify the column names or structure of the Notion template. Any change can break the integration. We recommend reconnecting and generating a fresh document to restore the sync.

🔗 Integrations - Zoho

Can I use click-to-call with Zoho?

This feature is not available yet, but we are working hard to make it possible as soon as we can.

Can I use an automatic dialer on Zoho?

Not yet, but our team is exploring options for dialer integrations.

Can I send sms directly on Zoho thanks to Allô?

This is not available yet, but it’s part of our roadmap. We know it's important and we’re working on it.

Can I log sms on Zoho?

Not yet. We are prioritizing this integration for a future release.

Can I log WhatsApp messages on Zoho?

Not yet, but our product team is considering it for upcoming updates.

Is my contact sync? In both ways?

Yes you will have your Zoho contact directly into your Allô app and web app.

Can I log my calls in Zoho?

Yes, your calls will be logged automatically, including type of call and status.

🔗 Integrations - Make

What can I have thanks to Make integration?

The Make integration allows you to build custom workflows and automations using the data collected from your calls, such as call metadata, transcriptions (via webhook), and contact details.

🔗 Integrations - Zapier

What can I have thanks to Zapier integration?

Using Zapier, you can automate workflows by connecting Allô with thousands of other tools. You can push call summaries, contacts, and transcriptions to your CRM, task manager, or messaging tools easily.

🔗 Google Spreadsheet

How can I connect to Excel?

In the app, go to Parameters > Integrations > Google Spreadsheet. On your computer or phone, create a Google Sheet, make it public (Share > Anyone with the link), and paste the URL in the app to activate the sync.

👤 Profile

What is happening when I’m modifying information like name or email?

It updates the destination of the automatic emails and summaries that we send to you.

✉️ Text Messages

Can I send SMS on the app?

Yes, this feature is available starting from the Pro plan.

Can I receive SMS on the app?

Yes, SMS reception is available with the Pro plan.

Can I send & receive SMS of my phone number on Allô?

Not yet. For now, SMS are sent and received through your Allô number, not your personal number.

Can I receive OTP on my number?

Sorry, the numbers we provide are not compatible with OTP messages.

📞 Calling

Can I call from Allô with my personal number?

Yes, you can call from Allô with your personal number by clicking on a profil of the person, then on their phone number. At this moment you will have the option to call with Allô number or “Call with Iphone” that represent your personal number.

Can you record when I’m calling with my personal phone?

No, we can only record calls placed through the Allô app.

What is the number that people see when I’m calling from Allô?

Could be the Allô number or your personal number according to what you choose when you click on the number that you want to call.

What is the number that people see when I activate the redirection?

When redirection is activated, people see the number they originally dialed, so your personal number..

📤 Sharing Information

Is it possible to send call summaries to more than one email?

Yes, we can do this manually. Just send us the additional email address you'd like to use and we will add it for you.

Can I share the transcription to someone?

Not yet, but we are working on adding this feature soon.

Can I copy paste the transcription?

Not yet, but we are working on it.

Can I extract to an integration the transcription?

Only with webhooks for now or using Make or Zapier.


💬 WhatsApp

Can I use my Allô number on WhatsApp?

Yes, this is possible with a 06/07 number offered in the Pro plan.

Can Allô record my phone conversation on WhatsApp?

No, WhatsApp calls are not recorded by Allô at this time.

Can WhatsApp messages be logged in my CRM?

Not yet, but we're actively exploring this integration.


💻 Web Access

Can I have summary on my computer in the Allô app?

Not yet within the Allô web app itself, but summaries are available through integrated tools.

Can I use Allô on the web/PC/Mac?

Yes, a web version is available for making and managing calls.


👥 Team Features

Can I receive multiple calls at the same time?

Yes, multiple calls can ring simultaneously on the same line. All users will be notified, and the first to answer will stop the ring for others. If a new call comes in, the process restarts except for the one in call.

How can I monitor the performance of my team members?

This is available on request. Please contact us to discuss the KPIs you'd like to see.

How can I set up a standard with multiple lines ringing at the same time?

This is not yet available. How would you envision this setup?

Can I change my Allô number? Can I change my existing to a new one?

Yes, what type of number would you like? In France, 06/07 numbers require a Pro plan. See pricing here: https://www.withallo.com/fr/tarifs (French) and https://www.withallo.com/pricing (US)

Can I get a number from XXXX (location)?

Yes, depending on availability. Please tell us the location you need.

Can I port my number and how?

Yes. Please provide your email and we’ll guide you through the porting process.

You can buy a new number directly from the app under "Buy Number."

Can I port my landline number to Allô?

Yes, we’ll send you all necessary info. Just provide your email to begin the transfer.

Can I port my cellphone to Allô?

No, not yet.

Can I have an extra number?

Yes! Additional numbers cost $5/month. What type do you need?

Can I invite someone else to access the account?

Yes, they just need to log in once. Then, send us their email and number and we'll connect their session. Each new team member cost $5/month, ok with that?

How can I switch to the business plan?

The easiest way is through our site: https://www.withallo.com/fr/tarifs. If you're on Apple, cancel first, then sign up on the site using the same credentials to keep your session.

How can I switch to the yearly offer?

Go to https://www.withallo.com/fr/tarifs and select the annual plan. Cancel any existing Apple subscription first and then sign up on the site using the same credentials to keep your session.

Can I have a dedicated dashboard to check the performance of my team?
