To create an interactive menu, open the Settings tab in the Allô app.

At the top, tap on Interactive Menu.

Turn it on using the toggle switch in the top left corner.

You can now start customizing it.

Begin by editing the welcome message your callers will hear.

Then, set up each menu option.

For each option, just type what you want the voice to say before the number —

for example, write “reach reception”, and the AI will automatically say “Press 1”.

Next, define what happens when that option is selected —

in this case, I want the call to ring my phone.

You can add up to 8 additional options to guide your callers.

How can I activate the IVR?

You can activate the IVR by going to Parameters > IVR. From there, set your welcome message, configure the options, define who can bypass the IVR, and click on “Activate interactive menu.”

What are the options that I have in the IVR?

Each number key (1–6) can be assigned to transfer the call to a team member, voicemail, AI agent, or an external number.

Can my family and friend bypass the IVR?

Yes, they can if you add them as favorites. Go to the contact list and tap the star icon next to their name.

Can I custom the initial first message before the options?

Yes, you can personalize the first message played before the menu options by going to Parameters > IVR > Message before menu.
