To activate your business hours, open the Settings tab in the Allô app, then tap Business Hours.
Set your working hours for each day,
and choose what happens outside those hours — like forwarding to voicemail or playing a custom message.
Once everything’s set, tap Activate Business Hours at the top.
That’s it — your availability is now automatically managed!
When someone calls you outside of business hours, their call will be directed to your voicemail or your AI assistant, depending on what you’ve enabled.
Can my family and friend bypass the business hours?
Yes, your family and friends can bypass the business hours if you mark them as favorites. To do this, go to the contact page and click the star icon next to their name.
Where are redirected my calls when I'm out of business hours?
When you're out of business hours, your calls are redirected to the destination you define: voicemail, AI agent, another number. You can set this up in Parameters > Business Hours > Outside Business Hours.
