If you’re asked to re-enter your information and pay again when reopening the app, it usually means you’re logged into a different account than the one you originally used to subscribe.
Why does this happen?
This often happens when you accidentally log in using a different method than before. For example:
You originally signed up with your email, but this time you logged in with your phone number
You have multiple phone numbers or emails and didn’t use the original one
What should you do?
Try logging out and signing back in using the same login method you used when you first subscribed.
