Find the plan that interests you on withallo.com
Complete the payment process with your phone number and email address.
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app and press “continue”.
Click on “Continue with Phone number”
Enter your phone number and the verification code you receive by text message.
Your account has been created!
Note: In compliance with local regulations, we have to verify your phone number in order to create an account and assign to you an Allô phone number.

Step 2 : Accept permissions
We ask for 3 types of permissions : Notifications, microphone and contacts.
🔔 Notification Permissions
[Optional but recommended] - Accept the notification permissions to be updated about who is calling you even when you’re in Busy Mode.🎙️ Microphone Permissions
[Mandatory] - Allows you to talk and hear other people on the phone. Be sure to accept it to avoid having audio issues when taking calls.
🫂 Contact Permissions
[Mandatory] - Allows the app to display contact information when you receive and emit calls. You get to decide if you want to enable contacts sync (then your phone contacts will appear in the contacts tab of Allô for easier access).
Step 3 : Configure your phone system
Allô is a fully fledged professional phone system. We offer features in the different stages of a call:
Before the call rings - the app can pre-answer to qualify the caller or offer an IVR Keypad Menu (press 1 to ..., press 2 to...)
During the call - the app can record and transcribe everything that was said. If you integrated Allô with an external software like a CRM, you can even open the customer's profile in 1 tap.
After the call - the app generates automatic summaries to replace 80% of the regular note-taking, can notify you of each call through email or log them back into an integration.
Unanswered calls - the app can handle calls you did not pick-up, refused or that were received outside the opening hours. You have a choice between a smart voicemail (automatically summarized) or an AI receptionist that can take message but also answer commonly asked questions.
First time in the application
The first time you open Allô, the app will offer pre-filled templates that work for most of our customers
☎️ Front-desk template - Ideal for the main office line or a dedicated team line. Callers are trying to reach a company, not a specific individual. It comes with: a simple IVR Keypad Menu, default business hours, smart voicemail, and more.
