The Allo integration with Shopify enables you to automatically recognize customers when they’re calling and display their information.

How to enable it in Shopify:

  1. Open your Store settings, open Apps & Sales channels page. Tap on Develop Apps.

2. In the new page, tap on Create an app.

3. Name the app 'Allô' (you can pick a different name if you prefer) then tap on Create app.

4. The new app configuration page opens, tap on Configure Admin API scopes.

5. In the configuration tap, you need to enable two access scopes for the Allô integration: read_customers and read_orders (you can use the search to find them easily). Then Save.

6. Tap on Install app to confirm.

7. Now the important part, you’ll need to reveal the access token but you can only do it once. Tap on reveal, copy the access token in your Apple Notes app.

8. Open Apple Notes on your phone, copy the access token. Open Allô mobile app, in the settings, enter the key. You’re all set. 🎉
