The Attio integration with Allô enables you to automatically recognize your customers, sync them into Allô contacts and log every call.

1. What happens in Allô?

• Calls Enrichment

Calls from customer display the most important information from Attio like name, company, job title or last contacted date.

• Contacts Sync

Attio people objects will be automatically added into the contacts tab of Allô.

  • When you create a new person, it will be added automatically (it can take up to 10 minutes).

  • Note: No Allô contacts will ever be created in Attio automatically.


2. What happens in Attio?

When you enable call logging, inbound and outbound calls will automatically be logged in the person’s profile matching the phone number.

Note: Attio does not provide “Call” objects, so we automatically add a note.

Each note has the following information:

  • Direction of the call (inbound/outbound)

  • Name of the caller

  • Call Result (answered, left a voicemail, sent to AI assistant)

  • Summary

  • Recording Link


3. How to setup the integration?

  1. Open the Account tab

  2. Tap on Integrations

  3. Then open Attio


  4. Sign-in with your Attio account

  5. Tap on on “Confirm” to accept the integration request

  6. Tap on Allow to open Allô automatically


  7. You’re all set. You can go back and start using Allô.
