1. What happens in Google Sheet?

• Calls Logging

When you’ve provided a public link to a Google Spreadsheet, Allô will create a new tab automatically and start logging calls inside it. Every call is logged (received or emitted) along with the following information:

• What’s Synced:

  • Date

  • Call direction: inbound / outbound

  • From: Phone number & name (when available)

  • To: Phone number & name (when available)

  • Allo User: name of the user

  • Summary of the call

  • Transcript (first 500 chars)

  • Recording url

  • Call Result: answered / sent to voicemail / sent to AI assistant / hung up

  • Call Duration

2. How to setup the integration?

  1. Open the Account tab

  2. Tap on Integrations

  3. Then open Google Spreadsheet

  4. Sign-in with your Google account

  5. Tap on on the account you want to use, then “Continue” and finally “Allow” to accept the integration request

  6. Tap on Allow to open Allô automatically

  7. Open Google Spreadsheet on your phone or computer, pick an existing spreadsheet or create a new one

  8. Copy a public link with edit privileges. On a computer, follow this procedure. On a phone:

    1. Open the Google Sheet app

    2. Tap on the user icon

    3. Tap on the earth icon

    4. Configure the link with “Anyone with the link” and “Editor” privilege

    5. Copy the link

  9. Paste the link into Allô and tap on Send

  10. The integration is configured. Toggle off if you want to disable the call logging.
