Allô is designed for real businesses—not for spam, scams, or shady marketing. To protect our users and keep call quality high, we block certain types of calls, texts, and voicemail usage.
Below, we explain what’s not allowed on Allô. These rules apply to everyone, no matter what industry you’re in.

Threats, harassment, hate speech, or intimidation
Any attempt to exploit or endanger children
Content promoting violence, discrimination, or criminal activity

You can’t use Allô to mislead or deceive people. This includes:
Impersonating someone else or a business you don’t represent
Collecting personal or financial information through false pretenses
Sending scam offers, fake jobs, or misleading outreach
Using AI to generate synthetic audio for impersonation or fraud
🚫 Spammy or unauthorized marketing
If you’re sending messages or making calls without permission, you’re violating our rules. This includes:
Cold messages sent without prior opt-in
Mass SMS campaigns without clear opt-out instructions
Bulk robocalls or marketing blasts
Affiliate links or sales pitches without consent
🔒 Banned products and services
Some industries are simply not allowed on Allô—regardless of how the message is framed. These include:

Prescription medications or pharmaceutical sales
Firearms, ammunition, fireworks, or explosives
Gambling, raffles, or casino-related content
Tobacco, nicotine, and alcohol promotions (unless fully compliant with local regulations)
💸 High-risk financial content
We don’t support traffic from high-risk financial services, such as:
Payday loans, student loans, or third-party loan offers
Cryptocurrency trading or stock investment platforms
Debt collection (unless you’re contacting your own customer, with consent)
Credit repair, debt consolidation, or “quick fix” financial programs
Affiliate lending or third-party financial marketing
🧨 “Get rich quick” schemes
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably violates our policy. This includes:
Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes
Fake work-from-home opportunities
Mystery shopping scams or “guaranteed income” pitches
What happens if you break the rules?
We take misuse seriously. If we detect violations:
You may get a warning

Your number or account may be suspended or banned
We always try to be fair—but we won’t compromise the safety or integrity of the platform.
