How to activate the AI receptionist / AI voicemail on Allô.

Want to set up your AI receptionist with Allô?

Go to Settings, then tap AI Receptionist to activate it.

Choose the voice and tone that match your brand—friendly or professional—

and decide how detailed the replies should be.

Next, pick a personality and add info about your business.

You can paste links to your website—like your services or about page—

and the AI will use them to answer your clients.

You can also add custom details like your hours or pricing directly in the app.

Don’t forget to personalize the welcome and closing messages

to let callers know they’re speaking to an AI and how it can help.

Finally, give it clear instructions:

what to say, what info to collect, and how to handle common requests.

Then hit Test Call to try it out—

and Publish when you’re ready.

How should I configure my IA agent?

Can my IA agent learn from my website / document / API?

Yes, you can provide up to 5 website links. API and PDF sources are not supported yet. In addition to the website, we highly recommend to add information information in the part “content”>”add additional information”.



Should I modify the instructions?

Not necessarily. The default settings work for most users. You can add custom information in the “Additional content” section like Q/A and information to collect on our customers.
