To set up call forwarding, open the Settings tab in the Allô app.

Scroll down and tap Connect my personal phone number.

Choose your current carrier from the list — it may vary depending on your location.

Then, confirm the number you want to forward.

Next, call the number displayed on screen to activate the forwarding.

If you see this confirmation screen, it worked!

You’ll now see that your personal number forwards to your Allô number.

And that’s it — your setup is complete!

Why am I assigned a number? How can I use Allô on my number?

In order to use Allô’s features with need you to connect our solution to your number. In order to do that, we are assigning you a phone number that you can use to receive and make call on top of your existing phone. To have Allô’s features on your own number, go to Parameters > Connect my personal numbers, choose your operator and follow the steps until the redirection is confirmed by calling yourself.

I can't succeed to setup the forwarding

Navigate to Settings of your phone (not Allô) > Phone > Call Forwarding, toggle the switch, and enter the target number manually (no copy-paste). Make sure you're not already in a call.

Can I redirect another phone number than mine?

Yes. Go to Parameters > Connect to another number and enter the number you want.
